- All players required to pay $25 annual registration fee (September – August)
- Each player must have a Red Jax Ice Jersey & a Blue Jax Ice Jersey

- Teams will be coached by USA Hockey Certified Coaches
- Picture Day will be scheduled
- Hockey Night in Jacksonville will return on Friday nights with division playing games: Announcer, music, & a whole lot of fun!

- Bantam: Birth year 1999 & 2000
